How To remove a circuit breaker from Intellitouch panel?

This was an added breaker for a 110 receptacle -- don't think I need to replace it now (long story about wire integrity)
But if I did how do they come out? Second from bottom on right.

Bob,

They just rotate right out.. Nothing really holds them in place.. The ones on the left rotate to the left.. The ones on the right rotate to the right.

Obviously, you would first shut off all the power to the EasyTouch first and disconnect the wire that is going to the CB you want to take out.
