I tried to find this answer in Pool School and searching through posts but didn't see anything. If I adjust my FC levels by adding chlorine, how long should I wait before letting people swim?

I'd wait about 20 seconds
A couple of minutes should be plenty.... With the pump running obviously..

I generally wait until I've put the jug back in the shed before I'll jump in.
If you dribble it into the return stream, it's dispersed and diluted pretty good before you even get the cap back on.

Thanks Jim and Richard. We jumped in and had a fun time with our first swim. We were not looking for a house with a pool, and I was not excited about the fact that the best house for us had one as I thought it was going to be a nightmare. It's been work and a steep learning curve, but TFP has made it not so bad. Really love this community and all the knowledge and help I've received!
