How long can you keep liquid chlorine?

As the title describes, how long can you "store" liquid chlorine?

I am keeping it in a shed, so out of the sun but in Phoenix, it still gets very hot. Does this degrade the performance? My question stems from when there are good deals, can I stock up or is that a waste of money? Also, does anywhere sell it in "bulk" at a better price? Like chemical supply companies or pool stores, currently I am just using Home Depot and Lowes 2 gallon boxes?

Liquid chlorine should be kept in a climate controlled area, especially here in the desert.

I believe you have HASA dealers in Phoenix. They sell bulk liquid chlorine.
