Any idea how I can calculate my 2-speed pump's low and high hourly flow rate (liters per hour)?
How do I work out the hourly flow rate?

Why do you need to know a flow rate? The only real way to know a flow rate is to install a flow meter.
There are very few reasons to need to know a flow rate in a pool system. If installing a sheer descent or other water feature that needs a minimum amount of flow, then during design, a flow rate estimate might be needed. But for a basic pool, you are looking for the pump to create/distribute chemicals and to skim the surface of the water. Do not concern your self with 'turnover', that value is meaningless to the operation of a pool.

Show a picture of the actual pump, not just the motor. Spa pumps are different animals. What are you trying to do? If you want to put it on a pool, it won't work.

We have family members with skin issues that react poorly to chlorine and salt, so we've opted for Simple Silver water treatment. It requires the filter pump to circulate 80,000 to 100,000 liters per day.
Unfortunately, the water starts to have an unpleasant odor after about a week. A dose of Oxi Shock solves that within 15 minutes, but it shouldn't need it.
Before claiming my 60-day money-back warranty, I just want to double-check the flow rate.
It's currently set to automatically run on the low setting for 6 hours per day, (which is the maximum the controller will allow).

Even mineral systems must have a residual chlorine in the water to be kept sanitary.
Most normal tap water has chlorine in it. It is very rare that a person has skin issues if the water is kept sanitary. Likely CC from not following the FC/CYA Levels and using non recommended chemicals.

For US measurements, that works out to 18gpm (68lpm) for a 24hr run. That pump is certainly capable of that flow rate.
