How Bad is this calcium build up

So today we did some of our spring pool maintenance - cleaned the cartridge filters, pool parts, and took apart the Jandy SWCG.

Once I opened it I could see some calcium on the side posts - and a tiny bit on the center blade on the opposite side...the calcium on the side posts I could flake off - as most of it was on the plastic.

So is this a lot of calcium - should I be overly concerned?

We try to keep the water at a negative CSI.

Last weeks test numbers from TF-100:

Temp 76°
FC 5.5
PH 7.6
TA 90
CH 325
CYA 25 (covered pool - will add a little to bump to 40)
Salt 3100

We did a 10-15 minute soak in diluted MA and it cleaned it up about 90% - I didn't want to over do the soak and shorten the life of my cell. We had a little more build up last year if I can recall correctly.

I do not see much buildup on the blades themselves so I would not aggressively attack it.

I find I need to keep my TA lower (60 or so) to keep my cell from throwing flakes of scale at the polarity switch.

Keeping your CSI just below 0 is good.

Thanks, it is always nice to get a fresh set of eyes. There wasn't much if any on the plates, just the posts and sides. I forgot to try my new Worx Hydroshot pressure cleaner (not a pressure washer) first before the acid. This cordless pressure cleaner bumps up the hose pressure to around 300psi which worked really well cleaning the filters.

I did a 10% dilution using the weaker MA and when I poured it out most of the chunks came out in the solution.

I can't keep my TA much lower since our fill water has pretty high TA (170+). Even with small amounts of topping up due to our cover it still keeps the TA a little on the higher side.
