Fiberglass, SWG, 17K to 18K gallons of water, Southern California
I just added Muriatic Acid to lower pH so that I can then lower my TA. I used 10ml of water yesterday when testing TA, then added baking soda. Luckily, I only added half of what I thought I needed but now my TA is a little high after testing with the correct amount of water
My CYA is at the "max acceptable," is that ok? The tester I have for CYA has a gap in numbers from 60 to 100; it's less than 100 but it's really hard to tell with any accuracy where I'm truly at. I've been laid off for 3 weeks and live in SoCal so I can't afford to drain any water...
CH is quite low; however, I feel like in the past I was told not to worry too much about it with the fiberglass. Thoughts?
I appreciate any input
