Hot tub temp?

What is the lowest temperature you can safely run a stand alone hot tub?
I’m asking because, my pool will hover in the low 90’s during the summer, and I’d like to be able to use the hot tub during the summer as well, without it being hot.

How low does your tub temperature setting go? Can you turn off the heater?

I would think the only temperature lower limit is freezing.

As long as you maintain and sanitize your spa you can safely run it at as low of a temperature as you want during the summer.

Don’t know, haven’t purchased one yet. Just trying to get feedback from people.

That’s what I figured, but didn’t know because it’s covered up.

Mine goes down to 70. Which feels like an ice bath in the summer.

Although in AZ I doubt you can get your water temp below 85 even if it was covered and in the shade all day.

I only know it goes that low because i just got it running again so i can try to sell it. I saw it messing with the settings the other day. Its actually been cool enough most of this summer to get there at night. I keep forgetting some of you still have triple digits even when we dont. You WOULD think with a name like ArizonaRob that i would just catch that upfront. But hey, i never once claimed to be the brightest bulb in the box.
