Hot Tub stuck at 80 degrees

Hello everyone, has anyone come across this issue? I have a Hydropool Self Cleaning Tub, the temp is set at 104 but only heats up to 80 degs

Are there any error codes on the topside? Is it in sleep mode (SL)? Remove the filter(s).
I am not familiar with that brand or what controls it uses. Can you post a pic of the circuit board, wiring diagram, and equipment area?
