High pitched whistling noise coming from pool heater

Hi all
I have a brand new Pentair sta - Rite gas pool heater SR200HD I have a high pitched whistling noise coming from the heater after about 1 hour of running time, Pentair has sent out 2 different repair technicians, they can't figure out what Is causing the noise?
I had the same heater prior to this one for 6 years and have had no problems with it what so ever, the only difference this year we had a check valve installed ,any comments?

Welcome to TFP.

It seems we are seeing quite a few reports of fairly new Pentair gas heaters having whistling problems.

Remove the thermal regulator and as a test only run the heater without it and see what you hear or don't hear.

Did the repair techs check the static and dynamic gas pressures?

Is your heater on NG or propane?

Post pics of your equipment pad and your heater showing the gas line and water lines.
