High pH/ Low TA/ Low CH

Pool has been open since startup 3 weeks ago. I've been brushing daily and adding 1/2 gallon Muriac acid as per pool builder's instructtions. Added 2 pucks evry few days as they dissolved in the skimmer added 5oz Magenta stuff once a week.
pH is 8+ TA is 70 CH 170 . I have the baking soda, the calcium chloride and the acid. Water temp 78-80F
What would I try to do first?

Plaster pool 22k gal,RayPak PR336A, Jandy PRO CV460 filter,Jandy1.5hp Centurion pump,Polaris PB4-60 pressure booster, Nature 2 Fusion soft SWG-Aquapure-APUREM.
