My Cy Acid level is 148 in my pool. I have drained 3/4 of my water out twice in the past two weeks with no change in Cy acid levels. No additional chlorine has been added to the pool now my water is green. Help!

How are you testing your pool water? I would order yourself a test kit today. Link-->Test Kits Compared
Add 5ppm of liquid chlorine a day until the test kit arrives.
Test your CYA when you get the kit...we go from there.
