My pool is well balanced except for the high TOTAL CHLORINE OR COMBINED CHLORINE IS 10.84 ... SALT LEVEL IS 3660....FREE CHLORINE IS 10.5....PH IS 7.6....ALKALINITY IS 80....CYANURIC ACID IS AT 55....CALCIUM HARDNESS IS 328
MY PENTAIR IC 40 IS SET AT 25% OUTPUT.....LESLIES IS RECOMMENDING THERE FRESH AND CLEAR TO FIX THE COMBINED CHLORINE...Any help would be appreciated

You need a proper test kit. I suggest the TF-100 or Taylor K2006C. A proper test kit is needed to get the accurate water chemistry results needed to follow the TFP protocols.
If you believe their test results, there is no issue. The TC is 10.84 and the FC is 10.5. CC is negligible.

I could bet you against that and have a higher chance of wining. That goes to show you how much we believe in pool$tore test result. That is why Marty is recommending you to get a proper Test Kits Compared. We would trust your result a lot more than the pool$tore.

If Leslies test is correct (and they usually never are), you don't need to do a thing. If you decide to do your own testing and learn why those numbers matter and what you should do about them, I think the TF-Pro is the best value but the K-2006C and the TF-100 are also good. Test Kits compared

What does your water look like?

Gentlemen: I am using the Taylor K 2005 test kit and the Taylor salt test chemicals. For FREE CHLORINE TEST I am using the Taylor R 0002 and R 0001. Recently I started using the Taylor R 0870 powder and the R 0871. The test results I am quoting are all done with the Taylor kit except for the COMBINED CHLORINE which I do not have the drops to check...Should I be concerned about the high Total combined chlorine

That test is only up to 10ppm of FC. It does test for CC
Recently I started using the Taylor R 0870 powder and the R 0871.
Use the 10ml sample and this also test for CC(just read your post)

You need to follow the instruction on the the test kit, we also have some videos on testing. Search on YT for TFP channel.

You can not mix and match testing!
