Hi from Orange County! We bought this house 7 years ago knowing it would need a replaster in 7-10 years and we're doing it now! Was probably built in the late 60's and replastered at some time. Also changing up some stuff in the pool, adding baja deck, changing the steps and swapped to a variable speed pump. A lot going on, its overwhelming at times. We have a pool guy now that takes care of chemicals but would love to learn and possibly move to salt water system.
