How much dirt did they have to bring in??Glad they got that done. When do you think they will pour?

More progress from yesterday. We wrestled with the decision to take on the covered patio now or in a couple years. I’m glad we are knocking it out now. Having shade during a Texas summer is necessary.
Might as well only have work being done at one time. Harder on the wallet but you will love having it all done at the end! That is going to look and be awesome!

Whew! Sorry for going MIA. Progress slowed down, and I have been busy. Plaster was completed today and acid wash / fill is tomorrow. The arbor and grill station are complete as well.

Now once the water starts do NOT stop it! Stopping it could cause a line in the new plaster.
Put some socks or such on the ends of your hose to help keep the metal off the plaster. Make sure the hoses are placed right at the main drain to help keep any channeling from the flow.
Take a pic of your water meter as soon as the water starts and then again when it reaches the middle of the skimmer face. Make notes of what other water was used between the start and finish. This will give you are an idea of your size by gallons.
