I’m not too concerned about pump time or supplementing chlorine in the winter. I’m going with a filled travertine coping and a tumbled travertine deck. Do you think the sealing will be necessary?

Personally, I would not bother sealing the travertine. Once you do, it is something that you'll need to keep up with doing every few years. I am keeping mine all natural.

Yes, the backhoe and bobcat are just hanging out in the backyard. They parked one of the dump trucks and trailers near a green belt in the neighborhood. ????

We picked out the travertine, but my wife found this picture and loves it. It looks to be more of a tile rather than a paver given grout. Does anyone have decking like this?

Looks like its actual travertine cut into planks. You can grout stone like tile using many methods. It all varies on the thickness of the product you buy

It’s dug with Rebar installed.

What a cold day! That didn’t stop them today. Plumbing is in and equipment set. They installed a cartridge filter instead of a DE. I’m waiting to hear back on that...
