Help! what will rock dust due to my new pebble finish

Pebble finish was installed Thursday. Acid wash and pressure wash today and ppool is filling. Far from done. Sheer wall is leaking. Guy showed up now to fux after a year and is cutting rock adn all teh dust is flyign into my new pebble. Should I stop him!!!

Ok, these pictures were from before they drained and replastered. They waited until pool was replastered to come fix! Stupid!!! Pool is just now filling and guy started cutting top stones off to redo plumbing. I was afraid all the dust was going to cause havoc. I stopped him and sent him a way. Have waited 3 years for a fix what is another week. PB has been telling me for 3 years it is condensation no matter how much I have shown him this. Thinks he can feed me a line of bull.

Rock dust should not have a negative effect on the plaster unless it has a high iron content.
