We have to have are liner replaced. We have someone coming to do it, but a friend of ours mentioned that we should also replace the cove molding when we replaced the liner. Is this always necessary? Also we have foam underneath the liner on the walls. Will this need to be replaced or removed a? Can we just leave it and put the new liner over it?
