An old spigot or auto fill line ?

At some point you will take the unit off to inspect/clean it. When you see how flimsy the failsafe switch is, You’ll be glad you aren’t entirely reliant on it defying gravity. Heck a small twig or piece of debris could make it that far and be the extra weight needed to close the switch if downward facing. Glad they jumped to want to swap it, and it’s rather telling that they did. Keep us posted !!
