Help needed on spa spillover repair

I have several things to fix. Need advice on approach.

One, I’ve got a hairline crack running along the plaster inside the spa. It’s big enough now it’s leaking water through steps of spillover. What do I use to fix that?

Two, I have grout in between each of the steps of the spillover that is loose and now the coping is loose. What do I do to fix this? Grout looks more like cement than grout. Do I put anything in between each coping layer to hold it in place?

TIA.

Hope that the crack is not caused by your deck pressing on the bond beam and cracking the shell and plaster. If only the plaster is cracked you can drop the water and use...

The loose stone is caused by water erosion. Same thing that created the Grand Canyon. You can use Type S mortar to reset the stones and between the joints.
