I have 3 Heyward Colorlogic lights in my inground pool from when it was installed in 2019. They are low voltage LED with two of them being the 1.5”. They are powered by a Heyward LTBUY11300 paired with the Heyward light controller. I’m having issues with the main light not working. It comes on when the lights are initially turned on from the controller and all lights are on white while the controller initializes before switching to the last programmed color. However, when this switch happens the main light goes out.
After a while (sometimes 10-20 mins) later it wI’ll sometimes come on but may flash from time to time or flicker. I’ve checked the output voltage from the transformer and at the junction box for this light and it’s a constant 14.3v. The junction box is also grounded properly and has been checked. I’m wondering if I have a faulty light or there is something else going on that I might check. I do have a video for reference but not sure how to attach it here.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
