HELP - need new pump.

Basically my old pump recently died.

Been looking at the Hayward MaxFlo VS 1.65HP vs the Pentair SuperFlo VS

Been a long time since my last post. Will try to find my signature with my equipment. But basically I have a ~16,000 gal salt water in ground pool.

Any help/recommendations would be appreciated!

Found this…. Only update is the heat pump was replaced about a year ago.

You do not show any kind of automation so either will work. The Hayward may fit without plumbing modifications.

The SWCG will need to be able to be powered completely off when the pump is not running. So be sure to determine how you plan to do that.

Correct no automation. Maybe in the future. At some point soon I know my salt generator will need to be replaced.
