Can someone help me determine the volume of my pool? Here are the plans. I’m still new here so if this is the wrong place to post, please point me in the right direction!

Thanks,
Adam

That is more geometry than I'm willing to put in tonight.

A 40x15, 3'4" shallow and 7.5' deep is going to be right around 25K.

Use that to start.

If you are using Pool Math (Link-->PoolMath), then make FC or pH adjustments. If your results are higher than expected, reduce pool volume by 500 gallons. If your results are lower than expected, raise your pool volume by 500. Rinse and repeat until your expected and actual pool results for FC or pH match, you are good to go!

Using the Old PoolMath Webpage link at the bottom of the page...

20 x 40 x 3.5 = 20900
20 x 40 x 6 = 35900

Let's break the pool down into two 20 x 20 sections
20 x 20 x 3.3 = 9900
20 x 20 x 6 = 18000 (6 feet estimated average depth of deep end)

Based on your pool depth profile, I'd estimate 26000-28000 gallons

Is the pool already filled?
If not, and you can check the starting and ending meter readings, you can get a much better guess of the volume.
You can also use certain pool chemicals to zero in on volume.
