I Installed the upgrade Aqualink IQ-30 RS board and antenna and when turning it on with my phone the solenoids click but the pump doesn't come on. So I shut off the power pulled the panel and checked all my connections and everything looks good. I was very carefully to connect everything exactly like the original board and all three lights on the antenna unit are lit solid. Anybody have an idea how to fix this thing? What am I doing wrong?

Post pics of the board and all of your wiring.

Did you take pics of the old board and wiring?

What model pump are we discussing?

The click you are hearing is just a relay (switch) actuating to send power to the pump or other item. Be sure that the breakers to the equipment are in the on position. It could be like turning on a lamp that's unplugged.

Assuming everything is connected properly, you still need to set up the VSP in iAqualink, otherwise all you're doing is turning the relay on and off.

Menu > System Setup > VSP Setup.

I called Jandy tech support and they were able to figure out that I had selected the wrong type pump during setup. I was able to turn it on from my phone, but after setting up the schedule it won't turn on and off, change speed or behave itself automatically. Another call to tech support and the tech did a restart to capture any possible software updates, he suggested I cycle the breaker and see if it would do its thing. No luck! Next he cleared my schedules and put in a temporary test schedule and it worked! He put my old schedule back in the app thanked me for calling and when the next scheduled change in pump speed came, nothing changed! Ugh! He did say if it still wouldn't work to call back and he will schedule a tech to come out and check it since its still under warranty. So tomorrow another call to tech support!
