Help find replacement DE filter grid

After moving to a new place we have become first-time pool owners and this forum has provided me invaluable education.

I am posting as I need some help identifying and obtaining a DE filter grid. I have been told that the pool and all of the equipment is quite ancient and we have a DE filter with a stainless steel canister. While trying to clean out the pool pump filter I had quite bit of backflow and unknowingly lost a lot of the DE. Subsequently, I ran the pump and filter for a couple of days and noticed that the pressure in the gauge had jumped quite a bit.

Today, I removed the filter grid and scrubbed and hosed it down and the recharged the filter but the new baseline pressure is back at the new higher pressure even with grid freshly recharged with DE. I am afraid that the grid itself has become clogged as the pool was quite dirty (had sat unused for more than a couple of years) and the filter was run without DE.

I have attached pictures of the grid. Can somebody please identify the grid and suggest where I can obtain a replacement grid if I am unable to clean the grid?

Thank you very much in advance to anyone who can help.
