Help figuring this out...

This is a photo of my parent’s pool equipment. Not shown is the heater to the right. Can anyone tell from this photo if they have two lines (one for the main drain and one for the skimmer)? They’re trying to chase down a leak and my plan is to plug up the hole at the bottom is the skimmer but I don’t know if they have a separate line for the main drain.

I should add that the place they plug their suction vacuum in is inside the skimmer on the side wall.

Based on that photo as labeled you have a pool suction and a spa suction going into the pump. There is nothing in the photo that suggests you can choose between main drain or skimmer.
