Help coping pulled away

The metal coping on side of my pool pulled away from the concrete. I've tried using a mallet to get it back in shape which worked when it wasn't this bad before. I'm not sure what else to do, or even who does this kind of work. Any thoughts or help is greatly appreciated.

The edge of the concrete deck is crumbling and the coping will have nothing to anchor to until you replace the deck and the coping.
