I'm Bob, a pool owner in SoCal. I have an in ground pool about 40 years old. My pool is rectangular with a spa in one end, approximately 16' x 40'.
I once had an automatic pool cover, but squirrels destroyed it. In the future I might replace it, but not sure as it's very expensive.
My pool will be re-plastered soon, once it is I will be looking for an automatic pool sweep, but there are so many choices. When I do I will post a thread.
