5 weeks into the bid process locally in Tampa for my build. I guess business is good here as I have had trouble getting quotes back, long waits for quote appointments, or simply being blown off.

My back yard faces directly east so I am trying to get some additional shaded area. So thinking of doing a perpendicular covered area. My house is 50 feet wide so its going to be tight especially with a 32' pool
Backyard survey allows for a max pool area of 50 wide by 70 feet deep, but all of the PB's recommend not going any deeper then 32-35 feet on the screens as the pricing starts to rise. Plus want to keep some semblance of a yard
