Hello from Miami FL/ owner build

Im currently trying the owner builder method in Miami Dade. Has any one here had any experience with OB in Miami.

Im in contact with an aquatic engineer about designing the pool. I have a list of Sub Contractors willing to work with me ln the project.

My level of homw improvement knowledge is as follow: frame hanging, and painting. Lol.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Did you have any success. I have two homes I am building pools for in Miami now and the pool builders quotes are quite high.
