We're in the process of buying a house with a pool near Buckeye, AZ. It's my first pool so I've been spending hours (actually days) reading/watching everything I can on pool equipment and maintenance. The pool was built just this year and although it's small at 13'x26' with a 6'x9' bump out seating area, it appears to have pretty decent equipment. It's all Pentair with an IntelliFlow 3.0HP Pump, IntelliChlor IC40 chlorine generator, System 3 600sf filter, A&A in floor cleaning system, MultiCyclone 50 prefilter, UltraTemp heat pump heater/cooler, EasyTouch wireless control, etc. I'm thinking of upgrading from EasyTouch to IntelliCenter but that will come later.
We close on the house on 12/28/21. I'd like to start doing all the maintenance myself. I plan to have somebody from the company that built the pool come in and show me how the plumbing and equipment works and review the current system settings/configuration. In the mean time, I'll read all I can here to continue learning.
