Hi, thank you for your quick response.
The model is an Ocean65.
Right now the heater is on the minimum which is 62F. Yet it is cold out so therefore the heater is pulling. I will be closing the pool in 2 weeks and i wasnt sure if it was safe to turn off the heater beforehand.

Yes, turn off your heater.
You would like your pool water to be 60F or below at closing. Let your pool cool down.

I turned it off with the on/off button but the fan is still running so not sure it's off.
The screen changed from temperature to the time when the button was pressed

The fan may run for a period of time to cool the unit before it turns off the fan.
