Heat pump not working after automation upgrade

I cannot get my heat pump to work after switching to new firmware 2.017 version. The heater turns off and on randomly.

Please give us a little more info... What automation system are you using?

I'm not aware of a 2.017 firmware for easytouch or intellitouch... Are you using an intellicenter?

What model heat pump do you have?
