You want the largest in BTU rating you can get, which usually tops out around 144K.
AquaCal is a good brand, as is RayPak (Rheem).
The effectiveness of a heat pump is dependent on the atmospheric conditions of the installation. The rating is at optimal conditions in a test setting.
