Solid forms of chlorine are pretty stable and will typically last for years without losing strength as long as they are kept dry. My horde of pucks is about 6 years old and still introduce the same amount of chlorine and CYA as new trichlor would.

Thanks I saw that previously and I didn't ask my question correctly above. Where is that date shown - large numbers on the box etc. Only on the plastic jug? So if I found something 21 207 it would be 30 days old today. Thanks.
