Moved from here... Problem with Hayward T cell 15 not generating chlorine
I have a Aquarite XL salt water generator. It has worked fine for two years. This year I am not sure it is generating chlorine. The lights all work and it seems to read the correct salt reading according to some salt strips. But the chlorine is 0. I set it to super chlorinate and checked it later and it is still reading no free or total chlorine. There is about 3000 ppm os salt. I wasn’t for sure what to check. I read about the current limiter going bad but would the lights and the display still work if the limiter is bad?
