Hayward Skimmer Cracked

Hi! Opened up to a nearly crystal clear pool again but quickly noticed that my Hayward skimmer is badly cracked and needs to be replaced. We are not the original purchasers of this pool so I have no clue what style it is. It really looks like it isnt a standard wide mouth but has a wide mouth extension on it? I'd really love some help on what to order so I can get my pool running before it goes green!

Oh NO !!! And Welcome back. Sorry it's like this.

Check under the lid for model #s. It appears from my build that they standardized several of the skimmers, and change the throat piece to alter the face width.
