I’m noticing my 2x Hayward sheers will turn off for 3 seconds then back on. Is this an issue I should bring up to my pool builder or is this normal behavior?

If so, are the sheers automated and on a schedule?
Any idea how the sheers were plumbed?

No automation. I flip the light switch to turn them on. No idea how they were plumbed

To be clear, are you talking about the water flow from the sheers or any lights in the sheers?
If it's the lighting, call your pool builder.
Its possible the lighting may have a program that allows the lights to turn on/off or just remain on when the switch is on.

Correct the lights turn on then off for 3 seconds then turns back on. Almost like on a cycle. Water flow is functioning properly
