Hayward sand filter leaking under flange clamp.

Hello guys and gals,We have been working on this problem for three days now and we are at wits end.Does anyone have a answer
For this problem . We have replaced the o- rings ,cleaned everything,siliconed ,checked for cracks,tightened it all up twice,still leaking the same place .anyone have a new miracle fix

Look carefully under the clamp for cracks in the tank neck.

Are you sure you have put the NEW O ring in the right place. I made that mistake only to find out that the o ring wasn't where it belonged. Don't forget to use the lube in order to seat the o ring without it catching as you snug it up.
