Hayward Omnilogic Screen Not Responding

Hello - My System is working, except the Control Screen is not responding to any Touch Commands. Powered down - startup screen has an alarm warning with ??? then it seems to go to a home screen but I cannot input any touch commands, it then goes to a "screen saver" type mode. 14 months old. (May 2023) I leave the cover down and the unit is located in the shade. Now there has been a lot of rain so maybe water damage? Do you know how long the warranty on the controller because something tells me it just went bad.
I was going to contact Hayward support but figured all the experts are here !

Definitely get a hold of Hayward. Your pool builder as an authorized Hayward dealer should be able to help expedite the process. At least our company does. I have 2 points of contacts to help with warranty issues and most of the time the customer calls us and I can get the part myself and handle it.

Thanks called them and they were receptive I’ll update this forum when I find out what happened.
