Hayward OmniHub sensors not working

I would check that all the wire ends are stripped back and making a good electrical connection in the connectors. You may have tightened the connector onto the insulation of a wire instead of the bare wire. I can't tell from the pics but I don't see any bare wire going into the connector blocks.

If you can get multimeter probes into the connections measure the resistance of each temperature sensor.

I am having the same issue. When I go into service mode, it was showing a temperature reading for the air temp sensor. Now it is showing the ADC conversion after updating to the new omnihub firmware. Any thoughts? I recognize there is no flow, but I was confirming the omnihub was reading the sensor.

You may not have any water in the pipe for the sensor to read when the pump is off. See what it says when you turn the pump on.

I am not sure how to get to this setting with the pump running. The point I was trying to make is that it did show a temperature and then the ADC number so I assumed the sensor was being read, but it will not display the date on the screen or in the app. The air temp sensor works without issue.

let me try again, as I am not sure how the app pic is supposed to help, but that may be my ignorance. The omnihub will display my air temperature on the control panel and app. I later installed the water temp sensor. It is NOT displayed on the control panel or app. However, you can go into maintenance mode (no flow at that time) and under sensors it showed air temp, i.e. its reading the sensor. How can I get it to display on the app on control panel?
