Hayward heater no LED

The heater would not turn and the led was showing the Sb code. I replaced the touchpad membrane as required.

After the install the heater turned on but the LED was dark. No temp, no mode lights.

I checked the membrane cable as well as the cable from the led panel to the mother board.

Still the heater is turning on. I have no idea what temp its setting at.
Any ideas before buy a new led panel?

I bought a new circuit board from Amazon. Problem solved. Less than $50.
