Hi. Trying to run my pool heater, Hayward H350fdn. The control panel is on (see attached pic) but when I press menu button on upper right to move from idle position to pool/spa setting it will not respond. The pic is of unit when pump is off but result is same when pump is running on high RPM. tried unplugging circuit board, power, etc and nothing happens. Wondering if it’s control unit, pcb for control unit, or pcb for entire heater?
Any help, greatly appreciated. Here are some pics

Is the heater display showing the LO error when the pump is running?

Post a pic of the heater control panel with the pump ON.

My guess is a bad Keypad - p/n FDXLBKP1932

When was the last time the keypad worked?

Do u know of place to purchase this part that will allow me to return in case that’s not the issue?

You have to check with vendors on their return policy.
