Hayward heat pump 50k not turning on

Just had electrician hook up heat pump and I cannot seem to have the system turn on . Pool is warm just from the sun but all that is happening is it’s staying in off

Do you have a link to that models manual? I cannot find any Hayward HP Manual that shows that control panel.
