I have a complete Hayward system with ProLogic PS8 Control System and AquaConnectWeb access. Recently on the AquaConnect Dashboard and the ProLogic display SETTINGS it shows the pool in POOL CLEAN MODE OFF and SPA CLEAN MODE OFF. When you go into SETTINGS on the ProLogic panel you no longer see Pool Heater1 or Spa Heater1 so you cant adjust temps.

The AquaConnect Dashboard shows this below photo I have attached and I have never seen it before.

None of the Operation Manuals show any such mode.

Just looking for help trying to clear it or figure out how somebody got it changed.

I don't have a heater or the Hayward system that you have.

I did notice in the picture you posted that it shows your filter is off? What is the behavior if your pump is running?

Its the same word just the icon light switches from black to green

I just got an email back from Hayward Tech Support.

Thought I should post it here incase anyone else has this issue and needs this thread for reference.

Your "Clean" heater LED is telling us that your Heater is in the "Off Mode"

If your Settings Menu isn't featuring Heater 1 Spa or Pool Heat Set Points then you may have it Configured to "Disabled"

Please follow the instructions below:

Press Menu to Configuration
Unlock with Both Left and Right Arrows (same time until unlocks)
Right Arrow to Heater 1 Config then Press +
If Disabled, please Enable by pressing +
Press Menu back to Settings Menu
Right Arrow, both Spa and Pool should now be present.
