Hayward Colorlogic 4 - Not working

I have a Hayward Colorlogic 4 (W3SP0527LED100) which stopped working out of nowhere.
Nothing tripped, and it's not even flashing.
I also have a W3SP0535LED100 which was installed at the same time in the spa, and it's still working perfectly fine.

I have a Hayward Prologic board with a AQL-COLOR-MODHV module to sync the lights. Its worked great when both lights actually worked.
The module does not even recognize the bad light anymore when it does a new search for lights, only the spa light.
Both were installed brand new less than 2 years ago. And maybe have 20 hours of use, if even that.

I suspect water made its way into the light somehow, based on other threads i've read about how horribly these lights are sealed.
If this is the case, does anyone know if its possible to fix?
I will try to use the warranty. If that does not work out for any reason, i want to look into fixing. I am good at soldering, if all it would need are some capacitors.
Even if i need to replace any LED chips, i can manage that.

But better yet, if there is a PCB, LED chip models, or any other part numbers available to repair these - i would sooo appreciate that info.
For now i am not opening anything up as to not void any possible warranty.
These lights at over $1k a pop is kind of insane for something with such a short lifespan.

In general the light is not repairable.

See if you get covered by the warranty.

If you dig into the failure we would love to see what you find.
