@JamesW if this is his picture, it is showing the jumpers are wired for 110v and not 240v on the red/black wire terminal pictured in the top right of the photo below. Those metal jumpers in the middle need to be moved as shown in my photo that you attached previously.

Ah, gotcha! Maybe that's my low salt issue. I think mine are still set to 110v, but it's been running ok like that since last year. At least I thought so.

The current diag readings are:
~27.2v
~5.87a

Check your input voltage with a meter.

If the voltage is set wrong, the DC voltage will be wrong.

Your DC voltage is OK, so I suspect that the input is 120 volts.

You're right, I must be losing my mind, input is 120v. Maybe its the 90 degree heat here in PA the last two days getting to me. For some reason I thought I was running 240v.
