Hayward Aqua Rite Salt Chorine Generator - LED on but stuck will not change

The Hayward Aqua Rite LED screen reads 3100 salt, diagnostics button does not change readings when pushed, Desired Output % does not change salt, and Super Chlorinate/Auto/Off does not change LED reading. Basically the LED reading is stuck on 3100 salt and note of the buttons or dials change that. Any ideas on what the problem is or what check? Thanks
