I have a Hayward 350FDN, it was working earlier this year and now gives the IF error. I had our gas company come out and bump up our supply from the meter and replaced the flame sensor. Still get the error. I can see through the sight glass the igniter turn red and flame for a short time (3-5 seconds) then it shuts off. Repeats and then the error. What are my next steps? Get the gas pressures verified or order a new ICB?

IF codes is usually either the flame sensor or when I get it, it is usually because spiders leave webs in the venturi nozzles so some of the nozzles don't ignite. Also, I think a bad ignitor can also cause that problem too. Is it glowing? Does it ignite at all (hear a woosh)?
It is glowing and I get ignition (the whoosh) for about 3-5 seconds and then it goes out. I have not cleared out the orfices yet, but I assumed they were fine due to it working just a couple weeks ago.

I took a pipe cleaner and stuck it into the orifices but no luck, still will not stay lit. Should I try removing and cleaning them more throughly? Blow out the manifold with compressed air while I have it apart?

You should check and make sure that all grounds and ground wire connections in the sytem (heater) are clean with bare metal contact.
I know the ground off of the right side of the board is good. Where else is a ground that I should check?

Are all tubes lighting? You should be able to see them all through the windows above the venturies.

Heater cabinet ground, Fenwal ground if applicable and all circuit board grounds. How are you checking for a good ground? Just checking from one point in the grounding system to the next point through a wire for continuity only tells you that the wire is not broken. You must be checking from a good known ground (Heater cabinet bare ground wire) to other grounding points in the system.
