Has anyone used this concrete stain? Heard good things about it but wanted to see if anyone has used it and wanted some feedback

I've applied it to a friend's pool deck. It's pretty watery, but it sticks well. It fades out and needs to be done yearly to keep it's appearance, but it looks good when it's new.
yep, it's not awful after a year, but when it's fresh it has a shine to it. that wears off after some time.

I have it applied to 1100+ feet of deck. 2 coats minimum, goes down great, wears like iron. On the 3rd year with no fading, I had to touch up a few spots due to roofer scratching the deck and it matched perfect. I pressure wash it monthly due to dogs and it looks fantastic. Use the H&C cleaner to remove the black marks left by lawnmower tires and other stains or Simple Green.
