Gross bug infestation on opening

My friend just opening her pool to a dark swamp. There are MANY white swimming oblong shaped bugs. Any idea what they could be? This is an above ground pool. They swim like fish! I’ll try to figure out how to upload the video.

Springtails or thirps.
Have them get a good Test Kits Compared
and follow the SLAM Process to clear the pool and get rid of bugs.
